ZippySolve aims to provide maximum customer satisfaction. Therefore, we accept product returns and refunds under the following conditions:

Return Conditions:

  • A return request must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
  • For damaged, incomplete, or incorrect items, photos may be required to demonstrate the condition of the product.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for cases of defective or incorrect items, in which we will cover the shipping costs.

Return Process:

  • You can initiate your return request by contacting us at support@zippysolve.com. Once your request is approved, you will be asked to ship the product to the specified address.
  • Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.
  • If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 1-10 business days.

Refund Process:

  • The refund will be initiated after we receive the product and approve the return request.

The refund will be processed via the original payment method, and it may take 1-10 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
